Welcome friends. As you can see from the title of my blog, I was blessed to be put on this earth with an identical twin sister. This is a personal account of my unique life experience as a twin. Double the trouble and double the fun. Hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi!! I read this on hub--and I'm sorry I could not comment there. What an amazing experience--in the sense that this person could let go--but also the smoke. I've never heard or seen anything like that--and it sounds quite incredible!! I guess I wonder--did she turn out okay after that, or did she still have troubles?
I have a friend I knew in high school whose mother was mixed up in an occult. While she did not have contact with her mother personally after about the age of 3 or 4, I've always wondered if in those few short years the damage could have been done--even though she got bounced around a bit after that? She's followed a very similar path as her mother-too much to explain here--but she (my friend) doesn't see it. I've had to distance myself from her over the years because of the drastic changes in personality, behavior, etc. Although she was once a very close friend--almost a sister if you will. Not that I wanted to give up on her--just could not afford to be sucked in.
Okay--sorry--I know that is long and way out there. LOL. Just what came to mind. Thanks for sharing that incredible story over on Hub. Cheers, Jenn http://www.wine-n-chat.com
Hi Jenn-Please do not apologize for sharing your story. That's why we have blogs right? LOL I think you were smart for taking care of yourself and distancing yourself from the chaos. Sometimes that is the best thing you can do. I never heard how this gal did after I left this counseling agency. She was a really smart gal and very into her process of recovery. I feel in my heart that she is doing well. She too broke off relations with her parents and siblings that were still involved in the cult thing. I remember her saying how she'd have to see them at weddings or family events that she chose to go to. They would make her feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I just can't imagine dealing with this. I'm glad you came to my blog to tell me your experience.
